Flux Lumina was born from a love of creating spaces that inspire and connect. It’s not just about four walls—it’s about the energy inside them. The way a single prop, a subtle lighting shift, a carefully placed set piece can do so much. These visual and tactile things combined with the perfect music can transform a room and tell a story. Whether it’s an intimate photoshoot, a film production, or a one-of-a-kind art installation, a performance or a DJ set, the studio is a canvas meant to be shaped by the people who use it.
This is a space meant to be shared—with long time clients, friends, and the wider creative community. We want it to be a home for unique, unexpected experiences: exhibitions, music performances, installations, movement workshops, and events that don’t fit inside the usual mold.

Flux Lumina is built for versatility, with a minimal but transformative approach to set design. Every object in the space is intentional—whether it’s a sculptural piece, a textural backdrop, or a raw, empty corner waiting to be activated.
For filmmakers and photographers, the studio offers a full range of lighting and production tools—plus a growing collection of set pieces and props to shape your vision.
For musicians, we’ve created a dedicated recording space, a DJ setup and PA system for live music as well. Making it easy to merge sound and visuals in one session.
For events, we have many options of ways to come together. From creating a setting for art exhibitions & installations, live music, workshops, social gatherings, etc. Pretty much anything is possible.

The Meaning of Flux Lumina
Flux Lumina means "light flow"—a name inspired by the ever-changing energy of the space and the history of the neighborhood. The Bowery has long been known for its lighting stores, a place where light has always been part of the landscape. The studio itself is filled with natural light, shifting throughout the day, shaping every project in a unique way.
But beyond the physical, light represents energy, creativity, and movement—always flowing, always forward. That’s the spirit of Flux Lumina. A place where ideas take shape, where energy is constantly shifting, and where every person who walks in adds something to its story.
